How your data is used :

Your privacy is important to me as a sole proprieter.

The inevitable result of contacting anyone online is that your personal information may be exposed to that individual. I do not collect, nor sell any of the information that I am exposed to, nor do I release it to the public outside the scope of preventing occupational hazard. By consenting to the ordering process--You understand that you may be handing me information for the sole use of contacting you and for completing transactions as requested, and that your name (chosen pseudonym or otherwise) may be published alongside completed work to offer citation and to detail where your intellectual property (designs, characters, etcetera-) have been included in such works.

Occupational Hazard Termination Policy :

" I reserve the right to detail my personal experience to others in my field of employment, should an interaction promote or meet the criteria to define a occupational hazard to myself and other authors, illustrators and creative individuals. "

Your Intellectual Property Rights :

Your intellectual property is yours alone. There is no transfer of your intellectual property required for the purpose of my depictions, nor is one demanded. By hiring, you agree to a split custody of the rights relating solely to the individual artwork created by Ehndis; without context to the original intellectual property itself depicted. The rights retained exclusively by Ehndis - unless negotiated otherwise in the form of a secondary contract - include all commercial rights for use of the artwork for the purpose of sale or product creation; and a mutual ownership of usage rights for the sole purpose of posting to the internet. This means you can share the art online and crop it for things such as icons, but basically can't sell anything made with it without a commercial rights contract.

The purchase, transfer, or sale of the commercial rights (exclusive or otherwise) to a custom product, created by Ehndis, will NEVER be included in the initial contract of sale to a prospective client.

That being said, - You are welcomed to share my artwork online and to print personal copies for yourself, just so long as the original artwork and signature is left intact, unaltered, and unobscured. Many of my clients enjoy the ability to be able to display my creations in their home from a printer of their choice, so please just don't go and ruin this privilage for other people by exploiting it.

If you find yourself interested in purchasing the commercial rights (exclusive or otherwise) to an artwork created by Ehndis; --- Please inquire directly about supplimenting your existing file with a reservation contract.
